As founder and principal designer, Erin brings more than 15 years of design experience shaped by a blend of Southern heritage and California ease. Born in South Carolina and raised in Texas, she studied graphic design and marketing at Abilene Christian University before continuing her education in the decorative arts at the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, California. Her signature aesthetic — a balance of timeless East Coast tradition and sun-kissed West Coast lightness — is the heartbeat of Modern Grace.
Jennifer Kinney
As partner and co-creator, Jennifer brings her own creative and entrepreneurial spark to Modern Grace & Co. A Colleyville resident with deep roots in the home and lifestyle industry, she previously owned a beloved furniture boutique and has spent years helping clients find joy in the details that make a house a home. With her natural warmth, impeccable taste, and knack for building genuine connections, Jennifer believes great design is about more than style — it’s about crafting meaningful moments that make people feel seen, celebrated, and at home.

Erin and Jennifer created Modern Grace & Co. to be a local destination for those who love design, beauty, and the art of living well, bringing a little closer to home many of the designer lines and thoughtfully curated pieces people once had to drive into Dallas or Fort Worth to find.
Inside the shop, you’ll find thoughtfully collected furnishings and home décor, including wallpaper, lighting, textiles, art, tabletop pieces, candles, gifts, and one-of-a-kind finds gathered from near and far, all chosen to inspire beautiful, welcoming homes.
