Yes, and we love when people leave with something they fell in love with that very day. Most of what you see in the shop is available to take home, while many furnishings and specialty pieces can also be custom ordered.

And because our shop is cozy by design, we can’t possibly display everything we carry or have access to. If you’re looking for something specific, just ask. There’s a good chance we can source it, order it, or help you track down exactly what you’re looking for.

Modern Grace & Co. is proud to carry thoughtfully curated designer lines including Visual Comfort, Thibaut, Kravet, Fabricut, Ginori 1735, Juliska, Bordallo Pinheiro, Made Goods, Villa & House, Modern History, Rowe, Bovi, Graccioza, and more, just to name a few.

And because our shop is small, we can’t possibly display everything we carry or have access to. If there’s something specific you’re looking for, just ask. There’s a good chance we can source it, order it, or point you in the right direction.

We do, though we consider ourselves a retail shop first. If you love the look and feel of what you see in store, we’re happy to help you bring that feeling into your home through furnishings, lighting, wallpaper, textiles, custom pieces, and thoughtfully layered details from the lines we carry and the vendors we know and love.

We offer in-home consultations, styling, and design help, but our approach is a little different from traditional full-service design firms. We work primarily through our trusted vendor relationships and curated collections rather than sourcing from absolutely everywhere, which helps keep the process thoughtful, cohesive, and approachable.

And because our shop is small, we can’t possibly display everything we have access to. Many of our best pieces live in fabric books, vendor catalogs, finish samples, and custom options tucked behind the scenes, so if you’re looking for something specific, just ask.

Our registry program will officially launch later this summer and will feature beloved lines including Ginori 1735, Juliska, Bordallo Pinheiro, and many of the home décor and tabletop pieces you already love in the shop.

In the meantime, guests are still welcome to come into the store, build wish lists, and let friends and family shop with us while we finish getting everything up and running.

Alongside furnishings and home décor, you’ll also find plenty of beautiful gifts, tabletop pieces, candles, entertaining finds, and little lifestyle luxuries that are perfect for hostess gifts, birthdays, closing gifts, or simply taking something lovely home for yourself.

Because many of our pieces are limited, one of a kind, custom ordered, or purchased directly from the showroom floor, availability can change quickly. We’re happy to accept eligible merchandise in like-new condition within 48 hours of purchase for exchange or store credit. Furniture and custom orders are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We do, though it tends to disappear from the shop pretty quickly. We carry a rotating mix of mahjong sets, accessories, trays, mats, and game tables, along with lighting, wallpaper, art, and furnishings to help create beautiful gathering spaces at home.

Lately, we’ve had quite a few clients turn unused dining rooms and formal spaces into dedicated mahjong rooms, and we absolutely love helping pull those spaces together. If you’re dreaming up a mahjong corner or an entire room around it, we’d be happy to help.
